Owners have two options for paying the $3500 Special Assessment, which is due 1-Feb-2021

  1. Visit PayLease/Zego (e.g., clicking the red button) If you have an existing PayLease/Zego account, login and select “One-Time Payment”. Otherwise, click “Resident/Homeowner Log In”, ”Create Account”, “Homeowner” type in “East Horizon Condominium Assoc, Inc.”, select ”This is my Property” and follow the instructions to set up your payment.

  2. Please make your check payable to East Horizon Condominium Association and mail your check to: East Horizon Condominium Association, PO Box 329, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920.
